We are an international, cross-cultural, and co-directed organization with feminist, post-capitalist, anti-imperialist, decolonial values that are shared by our team members and expressed in our work via our Fellowship, Alliance, research, and training programs. We identify, envision, and nurture liberatory movements and just futures that are pluralistic in nature and emerging amongst us, worldwide. With asset-based approaches, sociocratic governance, iterative design, and anti-oppressive practice as our pillars, we engage in our work via virtuous cycles that reflect those of a thriving ecosystem. We are a microcosm of a greater whole of wellbeing that is enabled by healthy circulation of resources, power, and money. By and for movement and culture workers, activists, word builders, academics, advocates, and future ancestors, our organization promotes dignity and sovereignty, most especially for Black, Indigenous, and Global South communities.

The Post Growth Institute is an international, not-for-profit organization leading the shift to a world where people, companies and nature thrive together within ecological limits. We work collaboratively to develop ideas, programs, events and alliances that promote the equitable circulation of money, power and resources in our local communities and global economy.
